Building
Perydot is a modern commercial and service building having a total assignable area of over 4000 square meters build by Budotex Sp. z o.o. The building was designed in accordance with the highest standards of finish and technical specifications. We decided on modern, functional and exceptional character. A representative hall was finished with stone and decorative paints, and the elevation will be entirely made out of alukobond. The shape of the building reminds a cut precious stone, which we present in our logo as well as in the name Perydot.
Location
The office building Perydot was build 7 km south of Wrocławs's Rynek, on Wyścigowa Street 56G. 150 meters from the building there is a junction of Wyścigowa Street (national road no. 98) and Al. Karkonoska (national road no. 5), two main access roads to A4 motorway. The location guarantees great communication with the town centre, train station, A4 motorway (2,5 km to the nearest exit ramp) and the Nicolaus Copernicus International Airport.
